  • Residential address

  • We retain dealer data for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months
  • Seller data is retained for 7 years to meet potential legal and compliance requirements

6. Seller Data — Special Considerations

Sellers interact with Floorify at the direction of the dealer. If you are a seller who has been directed to Floorify to complete a vehicle sale:

  • Your personal information is collected on behalf of the dealer you are dealing with
  • The dealer is primarily responsible for your data under this transaction
  • You may contact us at support@floorify.com.au if you have concerns about how your data has been handled

7. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Make a complaint about how we have handled your information
