From dealers and their staff:

- Dealership name, ABN, dealer licence number, business address

From vehicle sellers (collected on behalf of dealers):
- Full name, date of birth, drivers licence number
- Phone number and email address
- Residential address
- Bank account details (BSB and account number)
- Uploaded identity documents (drivers licence front and back, registration papers, bank statements)
- Electronic signatures
- Vehicle ownership information
Automatically collected:
- IP addresses, browser type, device information
- Usage logs and session data
3. How We Use Personal Information
Dealer and staff information is used to:
- Provide and manage your Floorify subscription
- Process billing and payments
- Send product updates, support communications, and invoices
- Improve the Platform
Seller information is used to:
- Facilitate the vehicle acquisition process on behalf of the dealer
- Generate required compliance documentation
- Verify seller identity via SMS
- Send sellers copies of signed documents

- Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure)
- Twilio (SMS verification)
- Resend (email delivery)
- AutoGrab (vehicle data and PPSR checks)
- CarInspect (vehicle inspection bookings)

All third-party providers are required to handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

- We retain dealer data for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months
- Seller data is retained for 7 years to meet potential legal and compliance requirements
6. Seller Data — Special Considerations
Sellers interact with Floorify at the direction of the dealer. If you are a seller who has been directed to Floorify to complete a vehicle sale:
- Your personal information is collected on behalf of the dealer you are dealing with
- The dealer is primarily responsible for your data under this transaction
- You may contact us at support@floorify.com.au if you have concerns about how your data has been handled
7. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Make a complaint about how we have handled your information
